We are looking for an ambitious graduate engineer with a passion for Global Manufacturing for our Plant (name site/locations) that will prepare you for a sustainable and exciting career in Essity's Global Manufacturing organization. You will join professional production teams, work with projects, as well as gain a full understanding of the Global Manufacturing Organization. During the first time of your career within Essity, you will be qualified for roles within the Manufacturing area. The purpose of the role is to follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to manufacture and assemble products that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost. In this role you will report to Operations and the position will be located in Valls (Spain). If this is you, we'd love to talk. What You Will Do Develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry. Create technical skills in different areas. Support experienced colleagues in daily tasks. Drive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverables. Perform standard technical tasks and prepare standard operation sheets. Monitor production processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes. Who You Are Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage. A Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering/Mechatronic/Supply Chain Management/Data Science/IT or equivalent (less than 18 months ago is a prerequisite)
