Provide basic support in the areas of project controls, scheduling, and scheduling analysis in support of projects, such as:
Create and modify Microsoft Project schedules. Coordinate with the production team to validate the schedule. Mark dependencies and follow the schedule to update the project manager of incoming deliveries or delays. Help the quality responsible of the project in the process related to document control and issues of deliveries. Support the PM in managing and reviewing the comments received from the client on the deliverables, including some interface with the client and the production team. Minimum Requirements Good organization skills and good drafting/writing skills. Fluent in English. Technical knowledge in mechanical/electrical engineering to help the production team if needed (work will be supported and supervised). Knowledge of French and Italian is a plus.
