Main Responsibilities
Assess and improve the overall digital experience based on analytics and customer insights.
Manage Information Architecture (IA), organizing and structuring content so users can easily find the information they need to complete a task. Think navigation menus, search systems, and how resources are organized.
Integrate SEO and SEM as an integral part of the digital strategy and manage overall performance, goals, and overall experience.
Manage the entire process from initial UX strategy to implementation and testing.
Responsible for mapping the customer digital experience by creating hierarchical diagrams that show how pages, social, and digital channels are prioritized, linked, and labeled.
Manage and assess the customer lifecycle and the digital experience across the buying journey to ensure consistent and optimal CX.
Analyze customer behavior on our online/digital platforms and craft digital experiences that resonate with the target audience.
Monitor campaign KPI's and conduct appropriate A/B testing agenda.
Evaluate website performance metrics.
What are we looking for?
Recent Bachelor/Master's in digital design, graphic design, visual communication, strategic web design, UX design, Digital Marketing, etc.
Work experience not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.
A real problem solver who cares deeply about what customers need. It is not enough to research customers from a distance. You need to become skilled at immersing yourself in their experiences.
Comfortable with answering questions from executives, presenting in front of teams, and communicating the digital strategy.
Proactive, curious, and dynamic personality: Capacity and eagerness to learn new things and be in different environments and workforces.
Solid adaptability and flexibility and project management skills.
Creative and international personality.
Skills
Solid knowledge in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint as well as Figma, MIRO board, etc.
Solid knowledge of UX design, IA, UI.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM a real plus.
Fluent in English (native level) with good communication skills.
