Detalles de la oferta

Calling all Graduates! Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career with industry leading training and mentoring? If so, then look no further… We're looking for Graduate Business Data Analysts to join our two-year Graduate programme, giving you experience working in a FTSE 100 listed software company. Everything we do at Sage is designed to help business flow, to help businesses make decisions faster and more accurately. As part of this, we rely on our team of experts to create, develop and maintain industry leading products.

And that's where you come in! We're on the hunt for our future top talent who can bring their skills and expertise to continue to drive us forward. What's in it for you? Data is at the heart of everything that Sage does, and the BI and Analytics Hub works horizontally across Sage to ensure we use data and insight to deliver our purpose to knock down barriers and create connections and opportunities for customers and colleagues. The BI and Analytics Hub supports designated teams to become a franchise, enabling them to produce value-driven data products, enhancing Sage's capabilities in business intelligence and analytics to advance Sage's overall data strategy.

You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to define and translate business needs into project and data requirements. You'll perform data analysis and create visualisations using data storytelling techniques, using your skills to contribute to various success factors such as revenue and cost reduction, productivity savings, reduction of risk and contribution to our ESG agenda. Throughout the 2-year Graduate programme and your career at Sage, we want you to be enthusiastic about your personal development and continuously learn new things to strive for excellence.

We expect a lot from our Graduates and will encourage you to bring innovative ideas to add real value for our customers, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded.
What are we looking for? You'll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we're open to any degree discipline, you'll need to be business minded, ideally with project management or process improvement understanding.
A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.
You'll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
As part of a global business, you'll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.
Adept at requirement gathering and the ability to collect, organise and disseminate large amounts of data.
Able to present data and explain complex analyses in a clear manner.
These roles are based in Barcelona. You'll be in the office at least 2 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.
Why you would love to join us? Great salary and performance annual bonus.
We take great pride in offering a comprehensive and structured development program, which includes engaging weekly training sessions designed for our Sage Ignite graduates.
Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment, at Sage we are proud in encouraging a collaborative and inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity.
We offer a work-away program where employees have the chance to work from various locations around the world.
Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies.
Community: Make a difference to communities we live and work in, with your 5 volunteer days every year.
Continuous Development: Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning and Sage University.
Career Growth: Long-term prospects for a professional career.
Brand office space, located at the heart of Barcelona's 22@tech district, with great transport links.
Reduced working hours on Fridays and in the summer (July and August).
Flexible benefits that suit your needs.
What you can expect from the process: Apply online with CV.
Complete screening and video interview.
If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre in the summer.
Successful candidates will join us on 1 October 2024.
Please note that due to the high volume of applications, there will be a delay in receiving a response from your video interview. We thank you for your patience.
Here at Sage, we are committed to inclusivity for all, so if there are any adjustments that would help you thrive in the application process or beyond, please reach out to us at [email protected] today!
