The BI and Analytics Hub supports designated teams to become a franchise, enabling them to produce value-driven data products, enhancing Sage's capabilities in business intelligence and analytics to advance Sage's overall data strategy. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to define and translate business needs into project and data requirements. You'll perform data analysis and create visualizations using data storytelling techniques, using your skills to contribute to various success factors such as revenue and cost reduction, productivity savings, reduction of risk, and contribution to our ESG agenda. What are we looking for? You will need to be a Graduate, and while we're open to any degree discipline, you'll need to be business-minded, ideally with project management or process improvement understanding. Alongside this, you'll also have: A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve. Resilience and determination, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with people from across the world. Adept at requirement gathering and the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate large amounts of data. Able to present data and explain complex analyses in a clear manner. These roles are based in Barcelona. You'll be in the office at least 2 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.
