You'll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we're open to any degree discipline, you'll need to be business minded, ideally with project management or process improvement understanding. Alongside this, you'll also have:A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.You'll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.As part of a global business, you'll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.Adept at requirement gathering and the ability to collect, organize and disseminate large amounts of data.Able to present data and explain complex analyses in a clear manner.These roles are based in Barcelona. You'll be in the office at least 2 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance
