The BI and Analytics Hub supports designated teams to become a franchise, enabling them to produce value-driven data products, enhancing Sage's capabilities in business intelligence and analytics to advance Sage's overall data strategy.You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to define and translate business needs in to project and data requirements.
You'll perform data analysis and create visualisations using data storytelling techniques, using your skills to contribute to various success factors such as revenue and cost reduction, productivity savings, reduction of risk and contribution to our ESG agenda.Throughout the 2-year Graduate programme and your career at Sage, we want you to be enthusiastic about your personal development, and continuously learn new things to strive for excellence.
We expect a lot from our Graduates and will encourage you to bring innovative ideas to add real value for our customers, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded.Responsabilidades principalesWhat are we looking for?You'll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we're open to any degree discipline, you'll need to be business minded, ideally with project management or process improvement understanding.Alongside this, you'll also have• A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.• You'll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.• As part of a global business, you'll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.• Adept at requirement gathering and the ability to collect, organise and disseminate large amounts of data.• Able to present data and explain complex analyses in a clear manner.These roles are based in Barcelona.
