Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate to join our Corporate Sector Lending Team at Wholesale Banking. The responsibility of this team is to provide financing solutions to our clients and our way of working is in very close cooperation with other departments of the bank, leveraging our sector expertise and network.
Your key responsibilities:
In-depth involvement in live transactions throughout the entire transaction cycle.Assistance in the execution of corporate lending transactions (under supervision depending on complexity).Preparation of credit analyses and applications, managing internal credit approvals.Monitoring and review of the existing portfolio (under supervision depending on complexity).Monitoring and preparation of industry and peer group analyses.Support in drafting term sheets and in the review of documentation.Close cooperation with credit risk management, account managers, syndications, legal, and the capital markets team.What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate should be an ambitious professional with a Masters' degree with above-average academic grades and previous experience in the financial sector, accounting, or advisory firm (including internships); preferably within a lending or credit risk related environment. The candidate should have sound financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities; and excellent speaking and writing skills in Spanish and English is a must. In addition, we expect the candidate to have the following key personal skills:
