You'll be a pivotal part of a team shaping the financial strategies that drive our success.
In this role, you'll not only crunch numbers; you'll be responsible for identifying and delivering cost reductions in all PL budgets lines, with special focus on the Gross Margin, to allow the company to invest in business growth and deliver higher profit.
You will work with most areas in the company having an end-to-end scope in project development, overseeing supply chain management too.
Also, you will be the main contact for the Cost of finished goods, providing estimations, identifying opportunities, reviewing month-end closing and supporting the supply services team during Plan Forecast.
Through effective entrepreneurship and ambition, networking and dealing with numbers, you will help the business to operate in a more effective and sustainable way, dealing with factors such as long-term sustainability, risk management, and ethical issues.
This is your chance to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our global vision and immerse yourself in the financial mechanics of a leading-edge business.Your responsibilities: In summary, you'll:Overall ownership of delivering full PL savings.Develop an End-to-End gross margin strategy and glidepath.Conduct research to ascertain the cheapest costs and ways of working, while maintaining company quality standards and best-in-class effectiveness.Run Gross Margin expansion projects reviews to Senior Management Team.Liaise between commercial and manufacturing organizations and PL, including all departments.Input savings identified into the forecast and plan processes.Business partner for supply chain management: logistics, promo embellishment, warehousing, distribution, customer service.Lead the Supply services plan forecast, review the month-end and analyze potential risk/opportunities.Manage margin month-end closing and provide a robust explanation of the cost of finished goods evolution (Margin variations).Estimate costs of new products for marketing sales teams.The experience we're looking for:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics with specific knowledge in Finance (completed and taken under European regulation during the last 3 years).6-12 months trainee experience in Controlling / Auditing / FPA.Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams.Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies, tactics, and measurable implementation.Ability to think outside the box.The business language at Reckitt is English; therefore fluency in this language is essential.The skills for success: Financial systems, Accounting principles, Project management, Internal Controls.What we offer: With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
