The Opportunity Assist the development and implementation of Carolina Herrera marketing strategy around the world, ensuring perspectives of growth through a brand construction strategy.
What you'll get to do 1. Contribute to Marketing Plan elaboration Have in-depth knowledge of brand performance in key markets to provide starting discussion point with the brand GPMs and MD and assess brand needs. Follow monthly brand wholesale performance for key markets. Concerning unsatisfied Market needs. Concerning potential "gaps" between Marketing Plan and Net Revenues objectives. Help Brand to gather specific market analysis or feedback on specific business issues, in order to contribute to resolve marketing plan key decisions (on Promo, PoS, Gwps, coffrets, etc…). 2. Communication and Coordination Send Brand communications to Markets about Marketing plans or Launch plans updates. Guarantee OMD alignment and knowledge exchange by providing them relevant brand information. Regular alignment meetings. Proactively contact Marketing Directors (Key markets) to share relevant Brands and Market information (cross fertilization). 3. Operations oriented activities Forecast analysis: Join S&OP meetings and address any issue with markets. CNP: Join monthly Tactical & Strategic meetings with supply team to ensure that markets needs are covered accordingly with launch calendars.  Catalogue maintenance: Product line by market and exceptions. 4. Insights and Best Practices Produce Launch Brand Feedback report: Consolidating individual reports into a single document. Cross-Region fertilization (best practices or special requests) amongst Key Markets and Regions (Market Development). Aware of specific needs per region (retailer profile, legal restrictions). We'd love to meet you if you have Experience: 1 years of experience in a similar position as Operational Marketing, ideally acquired in the Perfumes industry, Luxury or Cosmetics universe.
Education: Master Degree, major in Marketing, ideally in Luxury Management.
Languages: Spanish and English.
