The main duties and responsibilities of this role: - To ensure all guests are given a personalised, warm, friendly, courteous and efficient service at all times. Besides,warrant smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office. - Be warrant of smooth and efficient daily operation of the Reception Desk, guaranteeing that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times. - All individual personalised check ins and check outs of guests. - Liaising with guests for all general enquiries - To assist Other Hotel Front office Operation whenever required. - To assist department objective in order to achieve targets (Up selling etc.) - To be ready to work willingly to any assignment given.
