Role Overview They are looking for an all-round Administrative Assistant to support their operations. This role involves general administrative duties, client reception, and assistance to their legal team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Spanish, Dutch, and English, and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment typical of a legal office.

Key Responsibilities General administrative tasks.
Welcoming and assisting clients in a professional manner.
Providing administrative support to the legal team.
Managing schedules and appointments.
Handling phone calls and emails.
Ensuring efficient office operations.

Requirements Trilingual proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, and English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal office environment.
Ability to handle the stress and workload typical of a law firm.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal office management software.
