The Partner Technical Enablement Consultant for Asset Maintenance / Fiix role will specifically focus on enabling partners to bring value to customers using our maintenance solutions, initially focusing on our Fiix CMMS solution, and will report to the Manager - Global Manager, Partner Technical Enablement.

We are looking for an experienced technical consultant professional who will work to build pre and post sales technical competencies within our global and regional System Integrators and VARs to support successful customer engagements and revenue growth at scale.

Fiix was acquired by Rockwell Automation in December 2020 and is on a mission to build better maintenance teams by connecting customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need to join the future of maintenance.
We help our customers drive better business outcomes with easy-to-use, AI-driven Asset maintenance software, an open ecosystem, pre-built integrations and the industry expertise they need for maintenance success.

What you will do: Be a trusted advisor and evangelist; you will guide customers and partners along their digitization journey by recommending solutions and solving complex technical and operational problems. Engage diverse audiences and stakeholders and present our Asset Maintenance solutions / Fiix solution in a variety of external settings i.e.
preparing technical materials, presentations, webinars, demos, calls and face-to-face meetings. Enable Rockwell and resell/technical partners on the platform, creating champions outside our direct business. Mentor & Educate our Partners on our Portfolio with specific focus initially on Fiix, cloud-native CMMS solution with an understanding of how this offering drives value with the rest of the Rockwell Automation portfolio. Determine technology portfolio associated with Use Case(s) identified during Partner sales pursuit. Support collaboration with the competency teams to define the partner training material that needs to be developed and delivered. Support development/validation of integrated reference architectures when adopting solutions provided by Partners. Technical Mentoring on the Rockwell Automation solutions including Fiix and IIoT portfolio for Regional and Global System Integrator Partners and VARs. Travel to site working with Partners on positioning, quoting, architecting and guidance on delivery best practices. Qualifications: CMMS, IIOT and SaaS PreSales and Consulting/Implementation experience. Experience working with partners to drive successful sales/implementation outcomes. Confident and effective collaborator, able to drive results in a matrixed organization. Customer-focused attitude with Partner Acumen. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Receives guidelines and goals on new assignments and is expected to develop their own plan to achieve these goals; ability to support multiple partners in parallel. Stays current and be conversant with the latest relevant technologies and competitive offerings. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a continuous improvement attitude. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and is a self-sufficient knowledge worker. Additional Qualifications: BA/BS preferably in Engineering, IT or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ yrs of industrial experience and experience implementing a CMMS and/or IIOT system. Conversant on business drivers associated with technology.
