We all chip in when and where it is needed, and have a flat structure, high standards, and a pragmatic viewpoint to support our business agenda.What would your role look like?We are looking for a GPO – SAP Business Architect to manage the continuous improvement projects: ensure progress, resolve issues, and highlight issues. Together with local key users, the GPO will be responsible for the business contingency plan. The successful candidate is a self-starter with strong knowledge in SAP HANA and SAP Sales & Distribution from a sales quote to a sales order, including goods picked from a warehouse or production facility and shipped to the customer, and an invoice sent with the order and accounts receivable settling the payment with the customer. The candidate is a problem-solver with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of the team.What you will be doing:Be champions of Oterra Ways Of Working (OWOW):Own and advocate for the Global Oterra Processes, ensure a global deployment and follow up regularly (policy deployment process); Develop and maintain technical specifications in SAP, and testing plans for related system enhancements; Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure that changes to your area are integrated and tested properly; Create and maintainthe documentation including the training material for local key users to support the training/educational program; Empower the end users through the Key users community.Manage continuous improvement project:Ensure progress, resolve issues, and highlight issues; Together with localkey users, responsible for the business contingency plan; Maintain integratedview of all workstreams and understand dependencies
