Job Summary: In MBCC, the Global Process Owners (GPOs) own the end-to-end IT process across functional towers, geographic, and business unit boundaries.
The GPOs are the interface between business and IT for reaching design decisions for the E2E process according to the business requirements.
They rethink existing processes and develop and implement a future state that fits with the desired operating model.Responsibilities:Grow the MDM practice through collaborating with other business units and leveraging the GPO network to ensure MDM strategy meets corporate and business goals.Understand and evaluate business processes, enabling the successful translation of business needs into information and data requirements.Documentation and analysis of MDM requirements and solution concept.Implement data quality improvements to ensure data meets the standards set by the business.Ensure that data owners, stewards, and users meet their business priorities and interact cross-functionally by showing strong relationship management skills.Experience:Minimum 6+ years of working experience in master data management, data analysis, data management processes and policies, or other data administration functions.Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, business economics, or equivalent.Result-oriented with expert problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to complete assigned project tasks with quality and on time.Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to think outside the box.Solution-oriented thinking and pragmatism in execution.Speak and write fluent English and thrive in an international environment.Your Contact Person: #J-18808-Ljbffr
