We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.As Regional Product Lead within the App Promotion team in EMEA, you will work closely with Global, Product Management, Sales, Post Sales, and Marketing functions to commercialize App Promotion solutions, with a focus on Web to App connect and our App promotion product suite. You will own and drive specific EMEA projects from initial scoping to delivery and will coordinate with regional counterparts to launch products as well as activate Sales teams through training, case studies, and insights.You will reach product adoption goals across a portfolio by designing the plan, ensuring clear communication across teams, identifying gaps, and building scalable initiatives across the region. You will provide cross-organizational leadership by collecting industry knowledge, forming market perspectives on mobile and app advertising, and providing analytical insights and business judgment. You will also influence our product strategy by representing the needs of the EMEA Sales teams and advertisers back to the Global and Product teams.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out app promotion products and features (internally/externally), and drive the EMEA Hybrid Apps Go to Market.Work on Hybrid advertiser strategy as well as Google's Web to App Connect product, and work on other Google app promo products over time.Synthesize feedback from internal teams and advertisers to help Product Management incorporate it into product development efforts.Develop data-driven recommendations on app business needs to support product and commercialization priorities.Develop training content, deliver trainings and regular product and strategy updates for the EMEA Apps Community, Sales teams, Advertisers and Agencies, and occasionally speak at external events to educate the market on our App solutions.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer
