ADP is hiring a GV Implementation Associate Project Manager. In this position, you will be a member of ADP's GlobalView Implementation team. Regional Project Management staff are responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the delivery of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets. Associate Project Managers must follow ADP GlobalView's defined project methodology and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project. This position requires 25% travel activity. RESPONSIBILITIESOngoing responsibility, contribution to, and compliance with the ADP GV Project Management Methodology in liaison with Line Manager and Methodology Manager.Contribute to the ongoing improvement cycle of the implementation process and ensure it is aligned with global best practices and utilizes clear standards and templates.Ensure the successful implementation of projects by leading a team of implementation associates, providing leadership, and serving as the primary project-level liaison for clients.Identify the most effective allocation of resources and tools required for the project in compliance with project requirements.Manage the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, timelines, and budget.Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Oversee project preparation and planning functions by developing project direction and conversion strategies, establishing project plans, communication expectations, and assigning/scheduling project tasks to the team in accordance with established contracts.Ensure a forecast for staffing hours is created and maintained with a high level of accuracy.Manage the project's scope, estimate hours, and assess impacts to requested changes.Serve as project escalation point for issues impacting project success that require resolution.Lead inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks.Coordinate the transition of new clients from Sales to Implementation to Client Services.Ensure definition and compliance with issue management and monitor issues on a weekly basis.Ensure proper tracking of Change requests with appropriate sign-offs.Effectively communicate relevant project status updates to stakeholders (Internal and External).Facilitate communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfaction.Ensure project documentation is stored in accordance with ADP Quality Audit requirements utilizing the collaboration tool.Track team hours and approve accordingly through the use of the PlanView project tool to ensure utilization is appropriate to project needs.Participate in performance management and professional development activities by providing immediate feedback to team members regarding their performance.Ensure qualitative management of client relationships and provide recommendations to the client to reduce gaps and ensure standard product use.Manage client expectations during the project and deliver proposals on client's procedures to optimize proposed solutions.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Perform other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED1 to 3 years of directly related experience.Project Management/PM administrative experience in IT and/or Payroll/HR Industry.Formal Project Management qualifications are highly desired.SAP HCM (nonessential).Project management, planning, and resource scheduling.Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills.Ability to manage and lead a team of people.Client-focused and committed to providing World Class Service.Strong relationship management and communication skills.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve.
