Here's how you'll make an impact:Onboarding Program Development Execution: Build and manage customized onboarding processes for different departments to ensure smooth transitions.Coordinate Orientation Sessions: Plan and lead engaging orientation sessions, giving new hires a clear understanding of our culture, mission, and values.Prepare and Update Employee Handbooks: Develop comprehensive onboarding guides, policies, and materials, keeping them up-to-date with company changes.Employee Engagement Support:Primary Point of Contact: Act as a welcoming, knowledgeable resource for new employees, addressing all onboarding questions and needs.Organize Team Introductions: Ensure new hires are introduced seamlessly to team members and key stakeholders.Gather and Implement Feedback: Collect insights from new hires to continually improve the onboarding experience and recommend adjustments where needed.Documentation Compliance Management:Documentation Coordination: Ensure proper collection, storage, and maintenance of new employee records, including ID verification, compliance with legal requirements, and benefits enrollment.Data Entry and System Updates: Manage accurate and timely updates of new hire information in HR and payroll systems.
