Your friendly and professional demeanor sets the tone for patrons' experiences, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our guests.Responsibilities: Greet and assist golf course patrons in a friendly and professional mannerManage reservations, check-ins, and tee-time bookings efficientlyMonitor payments from customers arriving with tour operatorsProvide information about golf course policies, procedures, and servicesHandle phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department, maintaining clear communication channelsProcess payments and maintain accurate financial recordsSupervise that system prices align with seasonal pricesManage the golf shop for equipment rentals and salesConduct inventories of the Golf shopCollaborate in organizing and executing golf events and tournaments, ensuring a smooth experience for participantsMaintain a tidy and organized reception area, contributing to a welcoming environment for patronsHandle the cleaning of equipment, including golf clubs and cartsParticipate in beverage sales, providing an additional service to customersCollaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless customer experienceUphold a high standard of customer service and promptly resolve issuesMinimum Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or golf industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskKnowledge of golf terminology and basic course operationsProficiency in using reservation systems and basic office softwareAbility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hoursEnthusiasm for golf and providing exceptional customer serviceProficient in English and Spanish; German or any other language is a plus.Why Playitas?
