Your day a day :
Ontruck's Growth Team is looking for a rock star to support our Go to Market Strategy in France, covering the needs of our B2B segments and industries.
The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows.
As a Go-to-market specialist, you have experience in Growth strategies and are familiar with inbound, outbound and/or ABM strategies.
You will proactively partner with the French business unit on analytics and early data-based and actionable insights to accelerate business growth.
Your responsibilities will be to :
Define Go To Market strategies and build the GTM Plan. Work closely with the French business to follow up the Plan.
Identify business opportunities, and develop actionable business insights to support growth and retention.
Work closely with Sales creating feedback loop routines in order to accelerate growth.
Leadership in understanding business performance, defining KPIs, segmentation/targeting, strategic planning and leveraging internal and external data assets to make better data-driven decisions.
Deliver Outbound Campaigns and devise ways to continue improving delivery. Suggest ideas and recommendations that enable better decision-making for the business.
Work hand in hand with the rest of the teams to ensure that supported projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
Define and implement outbound and inbound strategies for the BUs.
Additionally, you will give support in other projects such as expansion and social media strategies.
Requirements :
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role, ideally in startups.
Fluent in French & Spanish.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Highly analytical, intellectually curious with proven track record in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Good presentation skills to share and present the results of different analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills and facility to connect with different diverse teams.
Interested in being part of a fast-paced marketing and sales environment.
Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
