Job Title Go to Market Manager - Hotel IT Products Purpose of the role: This role belongs to the Hotel IT Go to Market & Product Marketing Team that sits at the intersection of sales, product, marketing, and operations.
The purpose of the team and this role is to bring our Above-Property Hotel IT products to life for customers and prospects.
The Go to Market Manager role is focused on leading strategy and program to grow our new sales and retention business globally.
The role will collaborate across functions including sales, product, marketing, and operations to implement programmatic initiatives and product marketing campaigns to generate new sales revenue across the Above Property product suite.
In addition, this role will be responsible for commercial readiness efforts related to product roadmap releases, acting as the interface between commercial and operational teams, as well as the development of sales enablement assets to aid in all aspects of the sales cycle and the creation of lead generation email campaigns.
Main responsibilities Lead product go-to-market business priorities through planning and execution of lead generation product email marketing campaigns with clear call-to-actions.
Develop and update sales enablement assets to support all phases of the sales cycle (including but not limited to: sales decks, sales sheets, case studies, demo videos, etc.).
Ensure commercial readiness to successfully sell new products within Hotel IT, product enhancements, and product integrations, and understand how these fit into our larger product and hospitality story.

- Incorporate regional insights and hotel profile/buyer personas as needed.
Collaborate with regional commercial teams to understand the competitive landscape and barriers to sell.
Position our product value propositions to support a winning sales strategy.
Coordinate customer communications regarding product enhancements, cross-sell opportunities, and technical/tactical notifications.
Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of work experience, 2+ years of experience in sales strategy, product marketing or management, or sales enablement roles.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, sales, customer care, etc.).
Proven experience in a customer-facing product expert or sales specialist role.
Proven ability to achieve timely outcomes in a results-oriented environment.
Hospitality/travel industry experience preferred.
