Aim of job: Accelerate overall online sales growth profitably for J&J Consumer Health brands across the Southern Europe & France cluster, driving operational excellence in support of profitable business growth and continue building connected commerce capabilities, ensuring the right Go to market, KPIs, and processes. Main accountabilities: Business Unit Leadership: Be the E-Commerce Leader and responsible on the Southern Europe & France Leadership Team + on the EMEA E-Commerce Leadership Team. Drive the E-Commerce business strategy, implementation, and partnership cross-functionally for E-Commerce in the Cluster relating to commercial KPIs, supply chain, digital shelf, and media with a focus on Pureplay, Brick & Click, and E-pharmacy. Responsible for driving and embedding the E-Commerce Strategy within the organization, to fit Southern Europe & France overall business objectives. Business Planning & Strategy: Create a Cluster strategy and roadmap with the countries and top tier customers stating a clear vision and mission aligned to the company roadmap and the cluster/markets' strategic plan. Execute customer-specific business plans aligned to customer and marketing strategies, translating brand objectives, and adapting to fit the nuances of local e-commerce markets. Create the right tools and reports to monitor ongoing performance. Ensure organizational set-up and capabilities match the strategy. Work with local counsel to ensure that the strategy and operations are 100% in compliance with J&J's code of business conduct, HCC requirements, etc. Overall responsibility to deliver the financial commitment by month, by quarter, and full year. Support Local Markets on Annual/Adhoc Negotiations with Customers. Full P&L accountability (Gross Trade Sales down to Operating Income). Deliver NTS$ target with a robust demand forecast aligned to the inventory goals and contractual agreements. Build a solid business plan aligned to the marketing brand strategy and designed to deliver the correct GP and market share target by brand and category in the eCommerce channel. Ensure that the J&J brand portfolio has the optimal coverage, pricing, and distribution strategy. Ensure that the digital shelf standards and must stock list are clearly articulated and executed by the retailers. Ensure that any operational efficiencies are maximized. #J-18808-Ljbffr
