Join our team as a Manager Global Communication (f/m/d) in DEU-Heidenheim. As Manager Global Communication (f/m/d), you help to further develop the global Communication team and drive forward storytelling and visual communication activities at HARTMANN. You are responsible for the communication of internal topics primarily and for driving employee engagement across the HARTMANN Group.
Your area of responsibility: Developing communication plans for internal topics and ensuring their execution; structured approach to manage complex communication projects.Creating concepts for internal communication primarily but also for external communication activities.Measuring the success of communication plans and initiatives; assessing feedback and providing recommendations to improve communications effectiveness.Assuming operational responsibility for writing, editing, and planning of content using various channels.Driving forward creation and production of visual communication formats (ppt, picture, video, etc.).Collaboration in exciting projects, partly as Project Lead. What we look for: Bachelor's degree with focus on communication.Solid understanding of storytelling and visual communication; proven experience in video-making.Significant experience in internal communication and employee engagement; experience in external communication is a plus.Good knowledge of internal communication tools and collaborative communication platforms.High interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, and creative drive.Fluent in English and German.
