Your mission: We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team to lead various projects across several teams to help create processes and execute strategies to ensure projects are developed in a timely manner.
What you'll be doing:
Lead a team of diverse and talented software engineers with different levels of expertise. Coach engineers to grow in a professional (improving skills, problem-solving abilities) and personal way (by supporting and giving them frequent feedback). Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste. Collaborates with other team leaders and departments. Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Responsible for assisting in interviewing, hiring and training employees. Who you'll be playing with: Within our Technology area formed by 60 people working in SW Development, Data, Systems and Cybersecurity you will lead a group of engineers across several product teams.
You will also work directly with the Product area, 20 Product Managers and Product Designers.
You will report directly to our CTO Rubén Martín and mainly work hand in hand with our Tech Leads, Sergio García Moratilla, Juanjo Herrero, Angel Garcia.
