Your mission : We are looking for a Digital Freight Forwarder who will become part of our operations team.
You are going to have a real impact on the operations team where you will look out for our carriers and at the same time expand our current network.
Your profile : Negotiation and great communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Good team player with the ability to interact with all levels Fluent in English and Spanish; Polish or any additional language is a plus Ability to deal with challenging situations Effective and efficient resource management Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment Proven experience or education in logistics or related fields Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile What You Will Do : Build long-term relationships and manage a portfolio of our logistics partners Daily pricing negotiations in a fast-paced environment Act as carrier and customer escalation point to assist with the resolution of any open issues Partner with the back-office team to monitor, manage and deliver the required customer service level to our client Provide exceptional customer service to our carriers and customers Identify and onboard key partners; manage and expand our carriers and consumers database Plan, price, and allocate routes to drivers and ensure sufficient resources to fulfill fleet operation requirements What we offer : At Tennders, people come first, and our team of experienced logistics professionals is bringing to life their vision of the future of logistics.
