Your mission: We are looking for a Digital Freight Forwarder who will become part of our operations team.
You are going to have a real impact on the operations team where you will look out for our carriers and at the same time expand our current network.
Your profile:
Negotiation and great communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteGood team player with the ability to interact with all levelsFluent in English and Spanish; Polish or any additional language is a plusAbility to deal with challenging situationsEffective and efficient resource managementFast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environmentProven experience or education in logistics or related fieldsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-motivated and willing to go the extra mile What You Will Do:
Build long-term relationships and manage a portfolio of our logistics partnersDaily pricing negotiations in a fast-paced environmentAct as carrier and customer escalation point to assist with the resolution of any open issuesPartner with the back-office team to monitor, manage and deliver the required customer service level to our clientProvide exceptional customer service to our carriers and customersIdentify and onboard key partners; manage and expand our carriers and consumers databasePlan, price, and allocate routes to drivers and ensure sufficient resources to fulfill fleet operation requirements What we offer: At Tennders, people come first, and our team of experienced logistics professionals is bringing to life their vision of the future of logistics.
