Your roleAs a HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:
Help define data and reporting standardsCalculate operational and strategic measures and KPIsDevelop and automate dashboardsTrain colleagues in Human Resources and the business on HR Reporting and AnalyticsDevelop further the existing HR Reporting CatalogueLead and deliver analytics projects and support deep dive analysis for senior managementPresent, explain, and discuss results of analysis and trends concisely and effectivelyFostering capability building to the global HR communityCombining data science with technology to provide scalable tailored insightsSupport workforce planning and informing organizational effectiveness initiatives Your Skills and ExperienceAs a HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics / Statistics, preferably with HR backgroundExperience with PowerBI, Spotfire, SAP HCM & SuccessFactorsPreferred skills: R, Python, SQL (not required but a plus)Ability to generate data-driven insights and communicate these effectivelyGood command of English (C1) Additional InformationAs well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus, we offer a benefits package which includes:
