Here in Mallorca not only the office, the school, the medical care center and the fitness club are 15 min away from your home but also the mountains for hiking and beautiful beaches for swimming too!TasksWe are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager for the DACH region to join our growing team.**Your role**:- Develop and implement strategies for growing and optimizing the affiliate partner´s programs of your customers.- Communicate effectively with the customers and affiliates to build meaningful relationships to drive program growth.- Research and onboard affiliates inside and outside of the network to the different partners programs under your responsibility.- Monitor,analyze and report performance metrics to identify areas of optimization.- Collaborate with other teams to contribute to internal & operational success.**Requirements**:**To do so you´ll need to have**:- At least +2 years of experience in affiliate management.- Good command of the Ad-tech industry is an advantage.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Experience with affiliate tracking software and performance metrics.- Good command of Ad-tech industry is an advantage.**Benefits**:What do we offer?- Permanent contract for the 1st day.- Onboarding process with the team lead and mentor.- Competitive salary.- 23 Vacation days.- Flexible working hours.- Hybrid Home-Office model after successfully passing the probation and onboarding period.- Soft drink, snacks & candies!!!Get to know us better! #J-18808-Ljbffr
