We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical, and customer-obsessed individual to join the Business Development team in Spain.
You will join the team selling Amazon Shipping services and will be responsible for:
Developing a strong pipeline of the largest companies in SpainDetecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing salesCollecting market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight Amazon customersKey Responsibilities: Leadership: Be part of the organization's leadership team and help implement the overall strategy and directionCustomer relationship management: Build and maintain strong top-level relationships with potential future strategic customersCross-functional collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the needs of customersDive deep: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the team to address themBusiness development: Bring new customers to Amazon, develop the volume of shipping packages, ensure good conversion rates, and do it with profitability in mindThis role will be based in Madrid (4 Towers district, not Getafe) with moderate travel within Spain (max.
