Type of contract: Indefinite-term contract for scientific-technical activities, based on article 23 bis of Law 14/2011, of 1 June, on Science, Technology and Innovation, and other regulatory regulations.2. Purpose of the contract: To carry out activities related to the OCC4SAT project, linked to the research line called "Unguided Optical Communications Systems" of the ULPGC, which is developing the project under grant agreement no 101135434 signed on 22/11/2023 with the European Commission, estimated to be completed by 30/06/2026.3. Incorporation: Planned for October 2024.4. Employment status: The staff recruited through this call is not considered permanent staff. The employment contract does not imply any commitment for subsequent incorporation into the staff of the Foundation, the University, or its dependent entities.5. Termination of contract: The contract may be terminated for reasons provided in Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23 October, or other applicable legislation, especially regarding the insufficiency of financial allocation.6. Work hours: Dedication will be 37.5 hours per week, with exclusive dedication to the service/project being essential.7. Remuneration: The gross monthly remuneration will amount to 1,631.20 €/month (including the proportional part of the special payments) and a specific supplement of 400.00€ gross per month.8. Place of work: The work will be at the University Institute for Technological Development and Innovation in Communications (IDeTIC) of the ULPGC located at Practicante Ignacio Rodríguez, S/N., Parque Científico Tecnológico del Campus Universitario de Tafira, multipurpose building II, 2nd floor. 35017, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.9. Trial period: A trial period of six months will be established during which the employment relationship may be terminated at the request of either party.
