We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Global Transport Data Analyst to join our UniQue Seville team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.
What will you be bringing to the team?
Data collection (through desk research and the use of commercial databases) and consultation with stakeholders (in collaboration with European Institution and other European Institution's services) to collect data and identify potential actions/ instruments to promote Green Shipping Corridors in Africa, Latin America and Asia Collection of enterprise level data to describe the value chains in port investments in Africa, Latin America and Asia, in particular related to potential European Union providers Development of databases on indicators related to ports worldwide Maintenance of the on-line community of practice on Green Shipping Corridors Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers Requirements What do you need to succeed in this position?
Master+2 years or Bachelor+6 years of experience At least 1 year of specific expertise in data analysis At least 1 year of specific expertise in statistics or economics Good understanding of international transport practices Ability to handle large data sets Experience with statistical software and methodologies (e.g.
