Training through practical experience:
The focus of the learning will be to show the importance of a Global Training Team in a worldwide environment. You will need to learn to collaborate closely with the medical and marketing departments and help understand how we can meet different countries' needs.
The different tasks can involve:
Contribute to the organization of training materials management and events.
Support on Improving our SharePoint.
Coordinate the training automation piece.
Support back-office efforts.
Assist in driving training communication plan and strategy.
Collaborate in the coordination meetings including invitations, agenda, minutes, and follow up.
Requirements:
Scientific or Business Degree.
Interest in Learning and Development.
Ideally some experience of managing projects (can be anything).
