In line with our firm commitment to training and developing exceptional talent, this person will join our Global Training area to learn and grow through active collaboration with our team.Conditions:Duration: 1 yearHours per day: Full timeLocation: BarcelonaFocus area:Global Commercial Training Rare DiseaseTraining through practical experience: The focus of the learning will be to show the importance of a Global Training Teamat worldwide environment.You will need to learn to collaborate closely with the medical and marketing departments and help understand how we can meet different countries' needs.The different tasks can involve: Contribute to the organization of training materials management and events.Support on Improving our SharePoint.Coordinate the training automation piece.Support back-office efforts Assist in driving training communication plan and strategy.Collaborate in the coordination meetings including invitations, agenda, minutes and follow up.Requirements Scientific or Business Degree.
