Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesJoin the Barcelona office and strengthen the location to become the central training and support center for Europe.As our Training Manager, you are responsible for all training activities of our Product Inspection Division.
You manage and indirectly lead the global training community including SBU stakeholders and competence centers in Malaysia and the US.You are looking for an exciting challenge that requires outstanding communication skills, strong hands-on mentality, and ability to align with multiple stakeholders?
Here is your chance: Become our next Global Training Manager in Barcelona.
Your responsibilities include:Continually enhance the global training strategy of the Product Inspection Division.Guarantee a global alignment of training content, format, and delivery including harmonization and standardization of processes.Develop training in service and sales to enhance skills and achieve targets.Be the driver for service and sales competence and efficiency.Execute training in different formats e.g.
interactive live webinars, live streaming, video-learning content, and physical hands-on/classroom training.Develop and edit training material.What You Need to SucceedEducation: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.Work Experience: Several years of experience in a similar training/project management/service/sales role within a matrix-structured organization.
Additionally, experience in the packaging industry, automation, process technology, or special machine construction is highly desirable.IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; affinity for learning content software, camera, and camera equipment.Language Skills: Fluent in English.
