The Global Technical Support & Knowledge Management Department is responsible for capturing knowledge and providing Product, Agronomic and Technical Knowledge Support to the Company Global Departments and Regions with the aim of ensuring successful sales of the portfolio.
As part of this team, your role will be to provide agronomical technical guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors related to the commercial portfolio, as well as autonomously performing daily operational tasks.
The objective is to help deliver service, product knowledge, and training to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of Rovensa Next portfolio of solutions, aiding local sales teams in achieving their objectives and supporting Global teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist to provide timely and relevant responses to inquiries on products and ranges, agronomy, and product positioning from internal stakeholders.
Support and potentially conduct product training sessions for local, regional, and global teams, and external clients and contribute to training material development.
Generate practical advice on product usage by talking with internal experts and compiling their replies and information, and circulate these to stakeholders via uploading into the company's Knowledge Management Platform.
Maintain and update written protocols for departmental processes, and upload all relevant product support content to the relevant Knowledge Management Platform.
Work with other global departments providing the necessary product portfolio technical support to ensure successful product life cycle implementation.
Assist in organising and accompanying visits to company facilities and field locations for visiting clients.
Collaborate daily with global teams, including Global Marketing, Global R&D, Global Regulatory, and Regional Teams.
THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Biological Sciences.
1+ years in a full-time position related to agricultural production or the agricultural supply chain (e.g.
sales, agronomy, or product management roles).
Demonstrable experience in areas such as crop management, field agronomy, plant physiology, soil sciences, nutrient planning, pest control, or other relevant disciplines.
Direct hands-on field experience in using, or recommending agricultural products for crop management.
Availability for occasional national and international travel.
Competency in English, with proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese or another language.
