Key responsibilities include managing reporting processes, ensuring corporate tax compliance, and conducting tax analysis.
This position requires expertise and coordination to navigate international tax landscapes and foster global collaboration.RESPONSIBILITIESTax ReportingAssist with the preparation of monthly and annual group reporting based on reports by the countries and financial service centersPrepare all tax reports for internal and external stakeholders including disclosures for Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, and other relevant accounting standardsAnalyze tax balances and tax provisions to ensure accuracyProduce manuals with guidelines and train the accounting and reporting communities on tax reporting mattersCollaborate with the finance teams to ensure accurate reporting of tax-related itemsTax ComplianceAssist in the development and implementation of global tax strategiesPrepare BEPS Pillar II reporting including quarterly calculations on safe harbor and GLoBe rules to monitor top up taxPrepare country by country reportMaintain proper documentation and support for tax positionsImplement all the new reporting and compliance obligations foreseen in the OECD guidelines: Pillar II, CbCR, etcCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with various departments to provide tax guidance and supportLiaise with external auditors and consultants in connection with tax-related matters and auditsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on global reportingExperience working in a multinational corporation or a Big FourIn-depth knowledge of international tax, IFRS, US GAAPProficiency in tax software and financial systems and proven ability with ExcelFull professional competence in English and SpanishStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and focus on data accuracy, quality, and integrityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
