Proven negotiation and analytical skills.MAIN FUNCTIONSImplement effective sourcing strategies for different kinds of IT and Digital categories and services, focusing on digital solutions, software, consultants and SAAS. Manage suppliers' performance with a focus on continuous total cost control and performance, defined improvement, and innovation. Define and execute the Global Category Strategy ensuring cost savings while maintaining and improving quality. The key parameter being Total Cost of ownership. Ensures that third party requirements are clearly deployed to the supplier base, business needs are fulfilled, and execution is flawless. Build and maintain Global supplier base - including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management and supplier performance. Secure Global KPIs performance and Procurement Policy implementation. Continuous support to IT teams, increasing compliance. Effectively negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply according to the Corporate Procurement Policies and Procedures for RHG. Operate as the leader for all issues with suppliers in terms of quality, delivery service, costs and ensure alignment with all internal partners.REQUIRED PROFILEOrganized and accountable.
