Global Sourcing Manager CT (m/f/d) REQUISITION ID: 7948 LOCATION: Tajonar, ES, 31192 Hamburg, DE, 22419 DEPARTMENT: Sourcing MISSION: Develop, manage and coordinate purchasing activities and processes for Crane, Installation and BOP (Balance of Plant) services for the Concrete & Hybrid towers in Germany, and other relevant European markets.
YOUR TASKS: Negotiate Crane, Installation and BOP services for the set-up of wind turbines, including commercial terms (price, payment term & milestones, securities…) and operational terms (capacity…).
Develop, coordinate and implement procurement strategies, developing a strong pool of qualified suppliers.
Negotiate, set-up and manage frame purchasing agreements with suppliers.
Ensure optimum combination of quality, delivery and cost, monitoring supplier's performance while meeting Nordex's global targets and KPIs.
Support and fulfill the demands of internal stakeholders such as: Tender Management, Sales, Project Management, Engineering… contributing actively to the development of projects.
Contribute to COE (Cost of Energy) overall improvement.
Secure proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs, Sustainability and Innovation.
Supplier relationship management and Supplier Account Management.
YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business and/or Engineering.
Several years of experience in purchasing services and/or as a Strategic Buyer.
Will be a plus: Previous experience in Wind and/or Renewable Energy sector.
Previous experience in Crane, Installation and BOP Services.
Previous experience in Construction sector.
Knowledge in Supply Chain.
Good Negotiation and Communication skills.
Proactive and Resolution oriented person.
Autonomous and flexible.
Able to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
Must: High level in German (min.
C1) and English (min.
C1) Availability to travel: one week trips, and one week per month or per two months.
