We are looking for a Global Solutions Advisorfor theDACH market,joining our international and emerging sales team in Barcelona. The position ideally is based in Barcelona, but we are open to consider other locations and fully remote working.
How you will make a difference: Develop sales opportunities from pro-active prospect nurturing, including but not limited to; self-generated leads, leads from marketing lists, and warm leads from various areas of the business Manage the end to end sales process: i dentifying, progressing and closing the sale Plan and carry out direct sales activities to achieve/surpass agreed targets Forecasting weekly and monthly sales whilst developing a reliable pipeline Inform Channel partners of success rates of leads and assist them in providing leads which are of an appropriate fit for the business Develop and manage a self prospected book of business consistently Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries by email, telephone, and occasional client site visits What will give you an advantage: Strong communication skills in German and English language is a must Previous inside sales experience, ideally within a SaaS, software, or Technical organisation Successful background experience within B2B consultative selling and lead generation  Salesforce experience would be advantageous  Understanding customers' needs and offer them the best solutions to adapt to the demands of today's market  Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and business partners  Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.  Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.  Autonomy & Flexibility (Work in Any Way): Be supported with as much flexibility as possible.  Bonding Leave: Enjoy paid leave to bond with your new family member.  2 Charitable Days: Contribute to causes you believe in.  Reward & Recognition Program: Be rewarded for your success and championing our values.  Corporate bonus/SIP: All Guardians are eligible for our annual bonus scheme or sales incentive plan.
