As key lead for Global organic social media, the role includes setting strategy guidelines and KPI's per channel, managing content calendars collaborating with local markets and key internal stakeholders, creating and developing content with the agency partners or internally. It will be responsible for growing our user base and driving engagement on our global social media channels but also steer local market channels.
As responsible for social media campaigns through influencers & sponsorships, the role includes delivering global campaigns with a high focus on social media & influencers, including defining the strategy, key messaging, activation, mechanics, and orchestration of social media & influencer campaigns. It will imply working through our partner agencies with content creators, influencers and promotional activation, as well as with our media agency to define the right level of paid media support for amplification.
What will be the scope of this position?
Content strategy & creation:
Deep understanding the role of each SM channel, experience setting clear guidelines and direction, content pillars and content strategy for each channel,Understanding of current trends and best practices in social media content creation, including platform-specific features and formats.Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders such as marketing, creative, and product teams to gather input and ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and objectives. Ability to work through agencies but also internally to adapt or create existing content in an agile way, and draft a publication calendar. Ability to adapt content strategy based on performance data and audience insights.Ability to curate, analyze, and leverage consumer-created content across diverse markets, ensuring it aligns with brand goals while maintaining authenticity and engaging the community.Agency management:
Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external agencies, including creative agencies, media buying agencies, as well as with influencers directly.Ability to brief agencies effectively, providing clear objectives, timelines, and expectations for deliverables, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.Ability in project management, control budgets and keep timelines & deliverables.Proven ability to collaborate with agencies to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both organic and paid media channels, maximizing reach and impact.Activation campaigns:
Experience designing and orchestrating E2E awareness and promotional campaigns in social media through influencers and content creators (raffles, sweepstakes, # strategy, etc), from defining the strategy, key message to executing and amplifying in organic, through our paid media agency, as well as any other full journey touchpoint the campaign would require (ie. Web, CRM, etc)Experience working in event sponsorships or influencers directly will be appreciated.What are we looking for?
Technical Skills:
Profound knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) including their strategies, trends, and evolution.Capable of understanding and adapting to the culture and features of various social platforms, with a knack for anticipating future trends.Skilled in using social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Falcon, Social Bakers) and mandatory experience with User Generated Content. Certifications valued.Previous experience with influencers, sponsorships & activation campaigns preferable.Behavioral Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting, and maintain a strategic, forward-thinking approach.Adapts quickly to the dynamic social media landscape, possesses a strong sense of ownership, and employs a "test and roll" approach for continuous experimentation and improvement.
