Division: GC AestheticsLocation: Barcelona, SpainJob Title: Social Media & Content CreatorDepartment: MarketingResponsible to: Digital Marketing ManagerPurpose of Job (Summary):Key Responsibilities:Manage social communication between GC Aesthetics and our audiences - creating engaging content according to the different targets and responding to queries in a timely manner.Generate, edit, publish and share multimedia content through social media management tools.Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, reporting to the digital marketing manager.Grow audience numbers across all channels and platforms.Stay up-to-date with current technologies and the changing algorithms across social media platforms.Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness across the channels.Develop and implement a content strategy to help achieve the company goals.Ensure that new content is translated into foreign languages when needed.Work with agencies, freelancers and international team members to develop platforms, tools and programmes that support local marketing activities.Measurement:Consistent communication across platforms differentiating audiences.Engagement Rate on different channels.Community increase, leads, overall digital growth.Qualifications/Experience:2/3+ years' experience of working across digital/social media channels.Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or related field.Excellent storytelling skills.Native-level English is a must (other languages are a bonus).Great understanding of how brands communicate on social media.Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Social Media Management Tools.Great knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint.Good knowledge of the Adobe Suite is a plus.Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple platforms.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a team and individually.Ideally, familiar with literature review, how to reference, generation of claims, analysis of competitors, content creation, analysis of clinical studies.Ability to take initiative.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Exceptional ability to manage details.Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs.Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
