We are looking to hire a Global R&T Controller in our Corporate FP&A Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as financial business partner to Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer and the R&T leadership team (including Regulatory) Build and establish the new R&T controlling function; ensure harmonization bysetting up global standards, policies and a governance framework Establish measurable targets on R&T efficiency and effectiveness. Drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency. Drive cost & performance management reporting, variance analysis and providing high quality data, transparency and insights to senior management proposing measures to improve and achieve our goals Lead R&T budgeting / forecasting activities including modelling Provide business case and decision support on innovation pipeline management Drive productivity initiatives, synergies & benefit tracking and ensure the R&T function operates at a high level of excellence Compare and evaluate previous forecasts, and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward Drive data harmonization & integration of Troy and EnviroTech Collaborate with BU finance and other business functions to provide analysis and decision support for R&T related activities Support other functional controlling and SG&A reporting activities and other related tasks as assigned KEY REQUIREMENTS: Controlling/FP&A in a multinational, preferred chemical industry Must have, R&T controlling experience, ideally also regulatory exposure Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication towards senior management Strong business partnering skills with ability to build relationships Strong capabilities to analyse financial data, interpret and understand R&T drivers while describing / visualizing them towards senior management to support on strategic decisions and action plans Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI, OneStream and other reporting tools; strong modelling and dashboarding skills as well as project management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
