Global Services Team Lead, Regulated ActivitiesThe Regulated Activities Team Lead (RATL) is a key role to operationalize mature and business-critical capabilities within global services delivery setup. The person will lead a team of project managers focused in different areas: early access, external research, RWE.
Tasks and Responsibilities Leading a team of Subject Matter Service Experts/Coordinators.Management of the end to end Service Lifecycle.Delivering services at global scale.Continuously improving quality and costs of the delivery in a highly regulated environment.Help Global Capability Owners (GCO) with piloting new technologies, new ways of working and disruptive changes.Guiding IT counterparts to provide platforms and systems that are meeting business and global service delivery needs.Requirements Degree in Life Sciences, Master Degree or PhD would be a plus.3+ years in team/people management and lateral leadership in large, globally-matrixed organizations.3+ years of experience related to Regulated Activities (early access, external research, RWE).Having a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry.Solutions-oriented and dynamic mindset - ability to think critically and find creative solutions when faced with complex & ambiguous scenarios and issues.Able to work equally well with people in business, science and technical positions.Fluent in English (Spanish and/or German skills are a plus).Exposure to managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and project resources.Our Company At Boehringer Ingelheim we develop breakthrough therapies that improve the lives of both humans and animals.
