The Strategic Service Account Senior Director reports to the Global Head of Service Strategic Accounts.ResponsibilitiesEstablishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance expectations and customers' expectations.Meets assigned targets for profitable onshore and offshore service sales volume and strategic targets in assigned accounts.Guides the strategic account planning process, ensuring the development of shared performance goals, revenue targets, and significant deadlines.Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.Manages solution development efforts to create new specific service solutions that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.Supports the growth, profitability, and governance of offshore service sales in line with Vestas' expectations by providing customer knowledge and experience.Works with the Pricing Department to introduce and set the Fair Value Capture concept into Offshore Service Sales.Facilitates coordination and strategy sales-service alignment for key WTG sales processes.QualificationsDemonstrated commercial/sales management skills and ideally a high level of Wind Energy market knowledge.Knowledge and understanding of Offshore is advantageous.Must be a leader, highly motivated, proactive, and a team collaborator.Great negotiation skills are a must for the position.Based in Madrid, Hamburg, or Copenhagen are preferred locations.At least 7 years of experience in technical sales in industrial environments, with experience in selling services and products.Company and Customer Expertise.Strategic Perspective.Expertise in leadership.Value-based selling.Project management.Fluent in English, written and spoken.What we offerWe offer you a position in a versatile job, in an exciting and high-paced international team, which is working in a collaborative global environment in the renewable energy sector and focused on a market that is evolving at great speed and at the center of attention.
