We're looking for a Global Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic, global Talent Acquisition team and contribute to leading our talent initiatives into the future. What you'll do: Take ownership of end-to-end talent attraction and acquisition globally (we operate in more than 100 countries, your exposure will be truly global!). Partner closely with senior leadership to build and execute talent strategies that align with the company's global vision and priorities. Drive change management initiatives, ensuring that our workforce is adaptable, resilient, and aligned with organizational changes. Provide strategic consultation to hiring managers, guiding them in making informed talent decisions. Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps. Ensure a fair, equitable, and innovative approach to attracting top talent. Leverage data-driven approaches to continuously improve talent pipelines, evaluate success metrics, and optimize performance. Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to create an agile team environment and enhance candidate experience for global recruitment projects. What you need for this role: 5-7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, global environments. Proven experience in change management and implementing strategic initiatives that align with evolving business goals. A demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while taking full accountability for outcomes. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. Fluent in English and Spanish. A deep understanding of global talent trends. Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures. Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a focus on long-term talent planning as well as day-to-day operational excellence.
