We support customer engagements globally, focusing on board-mandated and critical customer situations in close collaboration with the regional teams. We excel in structuring new and ambiguous problems and helping our customers to solve them.YOUR FUTURE ROLESupport the roll-out of BTA and EA methods into the regions, developing regional flavors to achieve a consistent execution of the BTS and EA and strong connection to regional and local CS and D.Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.Establish a deep understanding of EAs business benefit, build up easily accessible repositories for industry flavored artifacts, assets, and deliverables together with other teams while supporting the roll-in method evolution from PE and A to delivery.Act as advocate for EA across engagements within global engagements and support regional and MU architecture initiatives within and beyond CS and D.Support the development, management, and adaptation of architectural frameworks, methods, and tools.Work closely with partner ecosystem, SIX, and Marketing to develop formats to make architectural discussions tangible for customers and infuse transformational architectural discussion in every customer interaction across the globe.Drive forward the further development of the EA role's vision, responsibility, tasks, and embedding an architectural mindset across the organization.YOUR PROFILETransformation, Architectural and Solution Skills:Experience delivering enterprise business transformation projects and aligning customer priorities with target architecture and roadmap.Knowledge of the SAP Solution Portfolio and Enterprise Architecture Framework (North Star).Experience with Business Technology Platform components (application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, AI) and practical experience with S/4HANA applications.Strong understanding of Cloud and Clean Core Strategy, familiarity with SAP LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM.Knowledge of SAP's Business AI roadmap, including identifying use cases and piloting AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes.Expertise in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies.Must-Have Requirements:5+ years in customer experience roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect), with experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, and experience with BTP components and services such as application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities.S/4HANA technical or/and SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge/experience.Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
