This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for developing, structuring, harmonizing and streamlining the accounting across the group. You will be the spider in the net and provide accounting operating instructions and procedures to legal entities, develop our record-to-report process to be more automated and to provide senior accounting advice in complex accounting questions following business initiatives.We offer you the opportunity to grow and develop together with us. Working in an international and global environment, close to the operations makes you important every day and your work has an immediate contribution to the Group.ResponsibilitiesIssue and provide accounting operating instructions, guidance and training to legal entities and finance clustersDrive harmonization and automation of legal entities monthly intercompany, accounting and reporting processesProvide senior accounting advice in complex accounting questionsCo-ordinate and manage accounting dimensions and master dataBe a key contact in accounting related topics globallyWe think that you have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or related areaSeveral years of experience from Accounting in an international group or from auditingA senior and hands-on approachFluent in English, verbally and in writing; Spanish is meritoriousStrong communication skillsAs a person you are:Self-motivated and enjoy complex challengesAnalytical and problem solvingCollaborative team player taking a leading roleYou will be reporting to the Head of Global Finance Operations and you will be located in Valencia, Spain.
