La compañía desea incorporar en su sede en Madrid a un responsable global de Seguridad física y gestión del riesgo, para personas, bienes y operaciones de amenazas internas y externas. Reportando al Director Global de Seguridad, como responsable Global tendría un equipo local a cargo y responsabilidad sobre todos los países en donde la compañía tiene las plantas de fabricación.Evaluando los riesgos e implementando las acciones y controles necesarios así como implantar localmente las políticas en materia de seguridad establecidas. Interesante proyecto para perfil con experiencia estratégica y liderazgo en diseño e implementación de políticas de seguridad de infraestructuras, personas, bienes, incendio etc. y gestión del riesgo interno y externo a nivel internacional, idealmente en plantas de fabricación industrial. Alta capacidad de comunicación y nivel de Inglés C1.ROLE:GLOBAL SECURITY & RISK MANAGERAREA:PEOPLE ORGANISATION/REAL ESTATE & SECURITYCOUNTRY:REPORT: MADRID DIRECTOR GLOBAL DE RE&SMISSION OVERVIEW:Developing and implementing a comprehensive security and risk management strategy for the company, ensuring the protection of its assets, people, operations, and reputation from internal and external threats.Assess the Group compliance of security and risk management activities with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and best practices in the areas.Manage for all the countries and local teams the risk assessment of our activity and set the policy, controls and actions, create and deploy the corporate guidelines and security policy strategy and mandatory actions.Respond as the expert and pilot in matters of surveillance and Fire normative with the LTA D2P corporate or internal team. Give the rules and mandatory to develop the activity and projects.ROLE BRIEF:Lead the security and risk management function of the company, including setting the vision, mission, goals, and objectives for the direction/Global function.Develop and maintain a security and risk management framework, policies, procedures, and guidelines for the company, aligned with its business objectives and risk evaluations.Conduct regular security and risk assessments and audits, identify, and evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities for the people, reputation, and assets, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.Manage the security and risk management budget, resources, and staff, ensuring adequate and efficient allocation and utilization of funds, equipment, and personnel.Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, such as Company Leadership, Business units and Manufacturing sites, but also suppliers and industrial partners that could impact the Company Security.Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of the security and risk management function, using relevant metrics and indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement and enhancement.Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the field of security and risk management and ensure the continuous learning and development of the function and its staff.RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ROLE:Assume the governance of the Function, define the KPIs and set the Central teams and Local or country responsible and people for each scenario and manage or build the services or contracts needed.Coordination and responsibility of Security projects and works, the management of contracts and Security services, drive and guarantee the actions to research savings/synergies in his perimeter. Monitoring the quality of the General services.Ensure the role of main RE&S interlocutor within the framework of the contractual relationship.Guarantee Contract follow up Committees about delivery and quality of the services, billing, and related cost, and participate in Strategic Committees for the function.SKILLS: WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:Recognized competence, degree or higher in security, risk management, business administration, or related fields.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in security and risk management, preferably in the manufacturing industry, military or public security services or a similar environment.Certified in security and risk management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or equivalent.Demonstrated leadership, management, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse and geographically dispersed team.High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards, with the ability to handle confidential information.
