Mission Statement: In a market-leading company with global sales and an extensive global presence, the newly established Global SE&OP Manager role oversees the interfaces and interactions between Sales, Engineering, and Operations Planning process to meet customer delivery commitments. This position is vital for maintaining competitiveness and managing significant order growth, particularly with a product portfolio focused on Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order and Engineer-to-Order products. The SE&OP Manager ensures the alignment of supply and demand, optimizes inventory levels, and enhances overall supply chain efficiency. Due to the importance of integrating Engineering for ETO business in overall sales and operations planning, this end-to-end process is internally referred to as SE&OP.
