In this role, you will be part of our Global Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization. Here, we define the overall supply chain strategy of the business unit and drive the execution across regions and factories in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. As a Global SCM Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of SCM-led projects and/or workstreams where cross-functional contribution and alignment is required. You will also represent SCM in projects led by other functions, by providing your expertise and linking the project team with the SCM specialists in the respective locations. Your responsibilities Contribute to define and maintain the projects portfolio.Define Project Objectives, Deliverables and Performance measures.Define Project Plan, Milestones according to Gate model and Review structure.Lead Project execution, define actions to close gaps and escalate as needed.Ensure quality delivery and a smooth closure of the projects.Support SCM processes and tool improvements, best practice sharing, benchmarks, and assessments.Provide project management training as required to the SCM community.Your background A bachelor's degree or above, Mechanical Engineering or similarProven experience in Project Management in global/complex projects in industrial environment.4+ years of working experience in technical, production, quality, sales, or related management position.PMP certification preferred.Demonstrated capability to build positive team environment, to motivate others and to encourage open communication, responsibility, and accountability.Ability to remain focused under pressure, innovative, decisive, and persistent.
